Nd:YAG Laser markers
YAG laser is a type of solid laser.
The generated laser wavelength is 1064nm, which falls within the infrared frequency band.
As the most mature and extensively applied solid laser, it features efficient oscillation, high output power and competent stability.
The lamp pump YAG laser employs krypton lamp to serve as its energy source (exciter), and Nd:YAG as the medium (operating medium) for laser generation.
The light of specific length emitted by the exciting source can enable operation materials to experience energy level transition, thus releasing laser.
The magnified energy of the released laser become a laser beam able to process materials.

Characteristics

Ceramic condensation cavity imported from the U.K. is employed, temperature and corrosion resistance, with long service life (eight to ten years), high optical/electrical conversion efficiency, without requiring adjustment of the workbench for focusing for engraving depth within 3mm, and one-time engraving depth of 1mm is over three times of others in the industry.
High laser power, energy to be controlled by current and software, continuous and adjustable.
Low-processing cost, without require printing consumables such as printing ink.
The scanner system is employed, with high speed and precision, and stable performance.
24-hour continuous operation
Engraving depth: 5mm(75W) for aluminum plates, and 3mm for steel plates.
High-speed engraving: 0.6mm for 5mm x 5mm steel plates in ten minutes.
Advantages of lamp pump YAG laser markers

The lamp pump YAG series laser markers employ high-speed scanner of the U.S., ceramic condensation cavity of the U.K., and laser rod of the U.S., with high scanning precision, high speed, stable performance, and long continuous operation.
YAG laser markers are able to engrave metallic and non-metallic materials, and widely applied to fields such as electronics, watches, clocks, lens, communication products, electrical appliances, auto parts, plastic buttons, hardware, and medical instruments.

Applicable materials and industries

Metallic and non-metallic material. Especially applicable to process products requiring fineness and high precision.
Applicable to electronic components, ICs, electric appliances, handsets, hardware, tools, parts, precision machinery, lens, clocks, watches, jewelries, auto parts, plastic buttons, building materials, PVC pipelines, and medical instruments.
Plain metals and their alloys (iron, steel, aluminum, magnesium and zinc), rare metals and their alloys (gold, silver and titanium), metallic oxides, special surface treatment (phosphoresced, aluminum anodized and galvanized surfaces), ABS (cases for electric appliances and daily articles), printing ink (transparent buttons and printed matters), and epoxy resin (encapsulation of electronic components, and insulating layers).

This machine is compatible with multiple types of software such as Coreldraw and Photoshop, and with multiple file formats such as PLT, Ai, DXF, BMP, JPG, and DST.
